The study aimed at evaluating postgraduate programs (master’s degree) at the special education department, King Saud University from male and female students’ perspectives. It investigated the quality of courses, facilities, academic advising, and academic supervision. The researcher followed the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a study tool. The study population is made of male and female graduate students (ma degree). The study sample consisted of 87 students. The results are as follows: the sample agreed that the quality of courses and facilities is achieved. Some of the achieved items are: "classrooms capacity is suitable for the number of students and equipped with technology". The respondents indicated that the quality of academic advising and supervision is partially achieved such as the following items: "the advisor follows the writing of the research proposal", "there is a clear mechanism on research proposal writing, "the student participates in the process of assigning the supervisor according to the department rules", and "there is a clear mechanism of the distribution of supervisors on students. There was no statistically significant difference in the responses on the questionnaire categories: "program evaluation of the quality of courses and facilities" and "academic supervision and advising" based on the variables of gender and specialization. Some of the study recommendations are: the advisor should follow the writing of the research proposal. There must be a clear mechanism of the distribution of supervisors on students. Faculty members should diversify their teaching methodologies. In addition, feedback on the research proposal must be provided to students through a specific mechanism.
