The current research aims to define the role and responsibility of the external auditor towards the cloud computing, Identifies the requirements and characteristics of cloud computing, Discusses the auditors' background, role, responsibility and challenges. It led us to know the obstacles that stand in the face of cloud computing in Egypt. It determines the variables if There are impacts of cloud computing on the risks of the audit process in Egypt; Cloud computing requires sufficient qualifications for auditors in the use of new technological tools used in the field of accounting. It was found that Cloud computing requires sufficient qualifications for new auditors in using new technology. There are many data security risks in the use of IT, such as hacker attacks , network breaks . There are two source for security risks, in-house , outsourcing cloud computing. Due to existence of these security risk . there are an important which : How can the auditor deal with these risk and what id require for qualifications . In addition to these questions what will be the type of the audit report in case of committee misleading by hackers and not by management. Also , what is the form of audit evidence require to face this risks .
